A Taste of Virginia Tech features 80 recipes including 15 from West End Market and 5 from VT's highly anticipated Turner Place.  Recipes include Gillie’s banana walnut French toast, Cabo Fish Taco’s soy ginger shrimp taco, and West End’s most popular dish, the succulent London broil paired with a tangy mushroom sauce and roasted garlic whipped potatoes.  This cookbook also includes sections dedicated to tailgating and Hokie-inspired foods.
